Filing of Rules
View official PDF ↗The Department may adopt rules to govern its procedures under this Chapter. Article 3 of the Administrative Adjudication Law [5 GCA Chapter 9 - Rule-Making Procedure] is not applicable to such rules so adopted by the Department nor to any procedures prescribed therein.
