How Dizon Strategies Inc. handles information used to operate Territorial Review.
Dizon Strategies Inc. operates Territorial Review. This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the site, create an account, use a professional workspace, purchase a subscription, or contact us.
We collect account and contact information, authentication records, workspace membership and settings, search and product-usage activity, support communications, and technical records such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, and security logs.
Professional workspaces may contain queries, saved authorities, matter names, notes, uploaded materials, proposed and confirmed matter events, procedural dates and supporting excerpts, unsaved browser conversation context, creator-private saved chats, explicitly filed answer snapshots, and legacy research history. Stripe processes payment details; we receive transaction, customer, subscription, and limited billing information, but not your full payment-card number.
We use information to provide and personalize the Service, retrieve and generate research results, maintain accounts and entitlements, process payments, answer support requests, monitor reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the Service, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We disclose information to vendors that host data, provide authentication, process payments, deliver communications, monitor security and performance, and provide search, embedding, or language-model functions. Merely selecting a Matter does not transmit it. When you submit a Procedures request, only the Matter documents, saved authorities, and confirmed-event text you explicitly select for that request may be transmitted; document reading transmits its uploaded source.
Procedures sends the query and limited recent query or finding context to Voyage AI’s hosted API to create search embeddings and rerank public authority candidates. Voyage states that hosted-API customers may opt out of data storage and future model training for zero-day retention. We require that organization-level opt-out to be confirmed in deployment configuration; Procedures fails closed when it is not confirmed. See Voyage’s data-policy explanation.
Anthropic inputs may include your query, limited recent conversation context, retrieved authority excerpts, a directly attached session PDF, and only the saved Matter documents, authorities, and attorney-confirmed event text you explicitly select for that Procedures request. This provider transmission is temporary and does not itself save the chat or file an answer to a Matter. Document event extraction transmits the uploaded document for two independent model readings.
These providers process information for us under their applicable contracts and policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Procedures and Matter Desk generated-answer features use Anthropic’s commercial API. Anthropic’s commercial terms state that it may not train models on customer content from the API. Under its standard retention terms, API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted from Anthropic’s backend within 30 days by default. Anthropic states that content flagged by automated safety systems may be retained for up to two years, related safety classification scores for up to seven years, and information for longer when required by law or a separately agreed service term. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type. A Procedures answer is not retained as a saved chat unless its creator chooses Save answer. Unfiled saved chats are visible only to their creator. Filing shares an immutable snapshot with current members of the selected Matter while the underlying chat remains creator-private. Saved provenance contains authority and source metadata, findings, status, and a source manifest, without corpus passages, private document or event bodies, provider packets, or attachment bytes.
Deleting a document removes the stored file and unconfirmed event proposals, but attorney-confirmed event records and metadata already incorporated into an explicitly filed answer snapshot remain in Matter history. Deleting the Matter removes its filed snapshots and legacy history; a creator-private saved chat is a separate personal record and may be included in a verified access, export, or deletion request through the contact process described below. A one-off session PDF cannot support Matter filing. The original must first be added to that Matter, selected for a new request, and the answer rerun. Deletion requests remain subject to legal, security, backup, processor-retention, and recordkeeping exceptions.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no hosted service can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for deciding whether the Service is appropriate for particular confidential, privileged, sealed, or regulated information and for configuring your use consistently with professional duties.
You may update account information in the Service and may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by contacting us. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from non-transactional email using the instructions in the message.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
