What happens when a Pro·Law subscription renews, is canceled, or is charged in error.
Pro·Law subscriptions are billed in U.S. dollars at the monthly or annual price shown at checkout. They renew automatically at the same interval until canceled. Stripe will charge the payment method associated with the subscription, plus any applicable taxes.
A firm workspace administrator may cancel through the Manage Subscription link on the Pro·Law billing page. If you cannot access the billing portal, email admin@territorialreview.org from the account email. Submit the request before the next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, after which the workspace returns to the free plan unless another entitlement applies. Canceling does not delete the account or its materials.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, partial periods, or cancellation after a renewal.
We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges and provide refunds when required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the financial institution controls when the credit appears.
We will provide advance notice before a price change applies to a future renewal. If we discontinue a paid service before the end of a prepaid term and do not provide a substantially similar service, we will provide an appropriate prorated refund or credit.
Billing questions and cancellation issues may be sent to admin@territorialreview.org.
