Guam Identification Card and Guam Real ID Fee Waiver for Juniors and Seniors in High

(65)Years or Older.
(a)All applicable fees for a Guam Identification Card shall be waived for any Guam resident who does not already possess a valid driver’s license or United States passport that does not expire on or before their eighteenth
(18th)birthday and is enrolled as a junior or senior in high school, a foster child or a child under the custody of CPS, a juvenile required to obtain an identification card upon order by the Superior Court of Guam, and residents of Guam aged sixty-five
(65)years or older, as defined in § 57108 of this Chapter.
(b)GDOE and DRT shall work to implement a system convenient to high school juniors and seniors and parents to minimize time away from school and away from work to obtain an ID.
(c)Village Mayors shall expedite their responses to requests for Verification of Residency as requested by GDOE, the Superior Court of Guam, or the Department of Public Health and Social Services for those covered under this Section and may send said responses via email directly to the Department of Revenue and Taxation and to the Department of Public Health and Social Services as requested.
