Authority to Set Fees
View official PDF ↗The CEO in consultation with and upon approval of the GCHCBD is authorized to establish fees for health care services in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law and as may be required to qualify for grant programs. The fees shall not be deterrent to receiving health care.
