Qualifications for Licensure
View official PDF ↗Any person desiring a license to practice chiropractic on Guam shall make a written application to the Board on application forms provided by the Board. The applicant must provide proof of the following:
(a)graduation from a school or college of chiropractic, accredited by the CCE;
(b)completion at least one
(1)year of an internship training program satisfactorily;
(c)pass all exams currently given by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners;
(d)pass all other exams as required by the Board; and CH. 12 MEDICAL PRACTICES - PART II
(e)a current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR)certification, whether the license is new or being renewed.
