Confidentiality of Records

Names, photographs, records and police reports compiled under this Chapter are confidential and exempt from public inspection except:

(a)as ordered by a court;

(b)as required or provided under the “Freedom of Information Act” or the “Sunshine Act”; or

(c)as required or provided for under federal law. ---------3
