Reporting

MAULEG shall submit reports on its activities and achievements to the Office of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, I Liheslaturan Guåhan, the Office of the Attorney General of Guam, and to the people of Guam via written and electronic notice.

(a)Timeline for Submission. MAULEG shall submit its report no later than thirty-one

(31)calendar days after the activation of the task force.

(b)Content Guidelines. The report submitted by MAULEG shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

(1)overview of activities undertaken during the reporting period;

(2)achievements and milestones reached; and

(3)any other information deemed relevant by MAULEG.

(c)Design Guidelines. The report submitted by MAULEG shall adhere to the following design guidelines:

(1)clarity and comprehensibility for the general public;

(2)use of visual aids such as charts, graphs, and tables to enhance understanding;

(3)accessibility in both written and electronic formats;

(4)compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and confidentiality; and

(5)consistency in formatting and presentation across different sections of the report.
