Oversight and Coordination

(a)The Chairperson, in consultation with both Co-Chairpersons and members of the participating agencies, shall oversee the preparedness, planning, and provisions of the task force.

(b)The task force shall operate in accordance with the authority vested in I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan, as outlined in §1422 of the Organic Act of Guam.
