Marijuana Use While Driving a Motor Vehicle:

Petty Misdemeanor: Punishment. It is unlawful for any person, whether a driver or passenger, to consume marijuana in any manner including, but not limited to, smoking or ingesting in a motor vehicle when the vehicle is upon a public highway. Any person convicted of violating this COL6/5/2019 CH. 92 SAFE STREETS ACT OF 2018 Section shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
