Drinking While
View official PDF ↗Misdemeanor: Punishment. Driving a Motor Vehicle: It is unlawful for any person to drink any alcoholic beverage or consume a controlled substance while driving a motor vehicle within Guam. Any person convicted of violating this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
