Exemption: Foreign Attorneys

Any person who is a member of the Bar of the highest court of any state or territory of the United States or the District Court of Columbia while temporarily in Guam and engaged in a particular matter may, on a case by case basis, petition the court to practice before the courts of Guam without being admitted to practice pursuant to this Article for a period not to exceed one

(1)year.
