Law Examiners: Meetings; Quorum
View official PDF ↗The Board of Law Examiners shall meet at least twice in each year at such times and places as its chairman shall determine for the purpose of investigating, examining, hearing and passing upon the qualifications of applicants for admission to the Bar and to transact such other business as may come before the Board. Three
(3)members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. The action of a majority of the members present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the action of the Board.
