Legislative Appropriations

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 7 — Judiciary and Civil Procedure

I Liheslatura may, from time to time, appropriate funds from the General Fund for deposit in the Judicial Client Services Fund. Such funds, when appropriated, shall be paid directly to the Judicial Client Services Fund.
