Reporting Requirements for the Judicial Client Services Fund

The Judicial Client Services Fund shall be under the stewardship of the Judicial Council. The Judicial Council shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, full statements of accounts of all money received and expended out of the account or accounts of the Judicial Client Services Fund, inclusive of a line item TITLE 7 JUDICIARY AND CIVIL PROCEDURE CH. 9.6 JUDICIAL CLIENT SERVICES FUND breakdown of funds expended for the purposes of § 9602 (a), (b),

(c)and

(d)and any other expenditures, and shall transmit such report no later than twenty

(20)days after the end of each quarter to the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan and each fiscal year, together with the Budget Request of the Superior Court for the ensuing fiscal year. Quarterly reports shall also be posted to the Judiciary of Guam’s website.
