Judicial Client Services Fund

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 7 — Judiciary and Civil Procedure

There is hereby created a Judicial Client Services Fund for the Courts of Guam. All money collected for the Fund shall be deposited in interest-earning bank accounts as provided in § 9602 and § 9604 of this Chapter.
