Uniformity of Interpretation

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 7 — Judiciary and Civil Procedure

This Act shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states and other jurisdictions which enact it. -------- COL7222015
