Insolvency Proceedings, When Deemed Commenced
View official PDF ↗The filing of a petition by or against a debtor upon which or upon an amendment of which an order of adjudication in insolvency may be made, shall be deemed to be the commencement of proceedings in insolvency under this Chapter.
