Agreements Rejected

The proposed agreement shall be deemed rejected if the number of creditors required for holding a meeting does not voluntarily attend thereat, COL120106 CH. 50 INSOLVENCY LAW or if the two majorities mentioned in § 50055(e) are not in favor thereof, even if the negative vote itself does not receive such majority.
