Action for Damages; Nonliability of Mediators

(a)A mediator, and those acting pursuant to the order or rules of the mediator as his or her employees or agents, shall not be held liable for any COL412014 CH. 43A GUAM MEDIATION action performed or omission made in the course of their official duties undertaken pursuant to this Chapter 43A.

(b)The institution which administers the mediation shall not be liable for any action performed or omission made in connection with any mediation, unless the action performed or omission made is committed with reckless disregard with respect to the rights of one or more of the parties.
