Place of Arbitration

COL412014 CH. 42A GUAM INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION

(a)The parties are free to agree on the location of arbitration within Guam.

(b)Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph

(a)of this Section, the arbitral tribunal may, unless otherwise objected to by the parties, meet at any place it considers appropriate for consultation among its members, for hearing witnesses, experts or the parties, or for inspection of goods, other property or documents.
