Jurisdiction

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 7 — Judiciary and Civil Procedure

The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction over all proceedings under this Chapter. The plaintiff’s right to relief under this Chapter shall not be affected by his or her leaving the residence or household to avoid further abuse. COL 6/21/2023 CH. 40 PROTECTION FROM ABUSE
