Service of Petition and Order

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 7 — Judiciary and Civil Procedure

Except as otherwise provided in section 39311, the petition and order must be served, by any method authorized by the laws of Guam, upon respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child.
