Unclaimed Moneys of Missing Persons
View official PDF ↗Whenever any money in litigation in the court having jurisdiction or other money deposited in connection with such litigation is deposited with the Treasurer of Guam, and five years thereafter it is made to appear to the satisfaction of the court or judge, by affidavit or testimony taken in open court, that said money has not been, and cannot be paid out because the owner thereof cannot be found, the money devolves and escheats to the Government of Guam.
