Lien Does Not Affect the Right to Maintain a

Personal Action or Issuance of a Writ of Attachment. Nothing contained in this Chapter affects the right of a claimant to maintain a personal action to recover a debt against the person liable therefor under other Guam law, either in a separate action or in the action to foreclose the lien, nor any right the claimant may have to the issuance of a writ of attachment or execution, or to enforce a judgment by other means.
