When Allowed of Course to the Plaintiff
View official PDF ↗Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Title costs are allowed of course to the plaintiff upon a judgment in his favor in the following cases:
(a)In an action for the recovery of real property;
(b)In an action to recover the possession of personal property;
(c)In an action for the recovery of money or damages;
(d)In a special proceedings;
(e)In an action which involves the title or possession of real estate.
