Infringement of Franchise Prohibited
View official PDF ↗It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, directly or indirectly, a common carrier other than a passenger car, upon any route over which any other person shall hold a transportation franchise. However, the foregoing shall not be construed to restrict the right of any person to employ his own, or hired vehicles for pleasure, or in the conduct of his own business, other than that of acting as a common carrier.
