7 GCA § 2104
Continuing Appropriation Authorization
View official PDF ↗Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the allotted but unexpended balance of funds appropriated to the Unified Judiciary of Guam each fiscal year shall not lapse and shall continue to be available until fully expended.
