Requisition to Marshal to Take and Deliver the Property
View official PDF ↗The plaintiff or his attorney may obtain from the judge of the court having jurisdiction, by an endorsement in writing upon the affidavit, an order requiring the marshal to take the property from the defendant, provided an undertaking is executed as is provided in the following section.
