Payment of Money into Court by Chief of Police
View official PDF ↗The Chief of Police must immediately after the deposit pay the same into court and take from the clerk receiving the same two certificates of such payment, one of which he shall de-liver to the plaintiff's attorney, and the other to the defendant.
