Civil Actions, by Whom Prosecuted

A civil action is prosecuted by one party against another for the enforcement or protection of a right, or the redress or prevention of a wrong, except that I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen or I Liheslatura may bring an action pursuant to § 4104 of this Title in the Supreme Court of Guam for a determination of the law, as provided in § 4104. 1985 SOURCE: CCP § 30, as modified.
