Division of Injury

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 7 — Judiciary and Civil Procedure

(a)An injury is either an injury to the person or to property.

(b)An injury to property consists of depriving its owner of the benefit of it which is done by taking, withholding, deteriorating or destroying it. 1985 SOURCE: CCP § 27 and § 28.
