Limitations

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 7 — Judiciary and Civil Procedure

When a limitation or period of time prescribed in any existing law for acquiring a right or barring a remedy, or for any other purpose, had begun to run before this Title goes into effect, the time of which has already run shall be deemed part of the time prescribed for such limitation by this Title. 1985 SOURCE: CCP § 9.
