Traditional Privileges
View official PDF ↗Except as otherwise required by the Constitution of the United States, by the Organic Act of Guam, by the principles of the common law as interpreted by a court pursuant to GRE 501, by these rules or by the laws of Guam or in rules prescribed by the Supreme Court pursuant to statutory authority, no person has a privilege to:
(a)refuse to be a witness; or
(b)refuse to disclose any matter; or
(c)refuse to produce any writing, object, or other thing; or
(d)prevent another from being a witness or disclosing any matter or producing any writing, object, or other thing.
