Decision: Notice to Public Officer

COL11282017 CH. 9 ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION LAW If respondent was required to register with any public officer, the agency shall send a notification to such public officer of any decision conditioning, limiting, suspending or revoking any authority, license, privilege or right after the decision has become effective.
