Accusation: Statement of Issues
View official PDF ↗The statement of issues may be served and proof of service made in the same manner as in the case of an accusation. However, if the respondent requests the hearing, the agency shall deliver or mail the statement of issues together with notice of hearing to the parties as provided in § 9216.
