Hearing: Initiation

COL11282017 CH. 9 ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION LAW A hearing to determine whether an authority, license privilege or right should be conditioned, limited, suspended or revoked shall be initiated by filing an accusation. The accusation shall be a written statement of charges which shall set forth in ordinary and concise language the acts or omissions with which the respondent is charged and the statutes and regulations which the respondent is alleged to have violated.
