Conflict of Interest

While serving in office, and for a period of one

(1)year after leaving office, no individual member of the Trustees or the Divisions’ Boards, no employee, no member of its committees, subcommittees, panels or advisory groups shall be eligible to receive in that person’s name a grant, loan or other form of assistance from the Dipattamenton I Kaohao Guinahan Chamorro, or any related or administered program.
