Creation and Duties of Inetnon Minauleg Guam

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

There is hereby created the Inetnon Minauleg Guam (“IMG”) which shall be comprised of the following entities:

(a)the Guam Beautification Task Force;

(b)the Dipåttamenton I Kaohao Guinahan Chamorro or Department of Chamorro Affairs;

(c)Department of Parks and Recreation;

(d)Guam Visitors Bureau;

(e)Department of Public Works; and

(f)Mayor of the village in which each respective site is located.
