Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

There is created within the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency

(CAHA)the Guam Masters Award, to be given to accomplished practitioners of Guam’s folk and traditional arts who have contributed to the preservation, advancement, and appreciation of their art.
