(90)days following the close of the fiscal year of the Territory, the Council shall transmit its annual report of activities to the Governor and the Legislature which report shall COL1/11/2022 CH. 85 COUNCIL ON THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES widely be distributed by the Council to the arts community and to the public.
