Censorship
View official PDF ↗In carrying out their duties and powers under this Chapter, neither the Council nor its staff shall by action directly or indirectly interfere with or infringe on the freedom of artistic expression, nor shall they take any action or make any recommendations that might be interpreted to be a form of censorship.
