View official PDF ↗COL 6/21/2023 CH. 80 GUAM PUBLIC LIBRARY The Board shall prepare rules and regulations for the government of the Library System in pursuance to the provisions of this Chapter, including, if deemed desirable, provisions for the following: registration fees, deposits by borrowers, fines for failure to return borrowing on time, charges for damaged or destroyed borrowing, pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Law.
