Selection of Employees

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Employees of the Library System, except for the Director and Deputy Director, shall be appointed, paid and hold their positions pursuant to the provisions of Title 4, Guam Code Annotated, and COL 6/21/2023 CH. 80 GUAM PUBLIC LIBRARY other personnel laws, and their remuneration shall be established in accordance with the provisions of said Title 4 and such other personnel laws. The salary of the Director and Deputy Director shall be established by the Director of Administration.
