Promulgation of Rules and Regulations

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

The Director of the Customs and Quarantine Agency is responsible for the promulgation of rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Law.
