Place of Inspection

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Inspections of baggage, passengers and cargo shall be performed only at the designated ports of Guam, except that inspections of cargo may also be performed at such places as the Director of the Customs and Quarantine Agency shall from time to time designate.
