Filing of Map; Keeping Current

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Whenever an agricultural preserve is established and so long as it shall be in effect, a map of such agricultural preserve shall be COL 12/29/2023 CH. 65 GUAM LAND CONSERVATION ACT filed and kept current by the Department of Agriculture with the Department of Land Management.
