Dissemination of Information

Information developed in the operation of the experimental dairy shall be furnished to residents of Guam upon request without charge. The Department of Agriculture shall give without charge to residents of Guam appropriate instructions and demonstrations for teaching the methods, techniques and knowledge found useful in all phases of dairying.
