Board Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board shall be held monthly and special meetings may be called by the Chairman or a majority of the Board members. Each call for a special meeting, other than one called by the Board at a regular or special meeting, shall be in writing, signed by the person or persons making the same, addressed to and delivered to all Board members, stating the time, place and purpose of such meeting, at least twenty-four

(24)hours prior to the time of the special meeting.
