Use of Artificial Light Prohibited
View official PDF ↗It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to take any game with a spotlight or any other artificial light of any kind. To be found with any spotlight with any rifle, shotgun or other firearm, and with ammunition, after sunset, in any wooded section or other place where any game may reasonably be expected, shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this Section; provided, however, that this Section shall not apply to the taking of game pursuant to a permit issued in accordance with regulations issued under § 63127 of this Article.
